to trade in the futures market is made at your own risk and
responsibility. It is strongly recommended that you do your
own research prior to commencing trading. Each of StrategyBot
systems assumes that it trades with at least one complete
contract and it doesn't take into account partial fills, nor
increased market order slippage. Therefore, your actual trading
results may not match the results displayed in the paper trading
account results. Please be advised that the systems performance
as projected on our Web site does not include taxes.

acknowledge that no promise, representation, warranty or undertaking
has been made or given by StrategyBot (or any related company
or otherwise) to any person or company on its behalf in relation
to the profitability, of or any other consequences or benefits
to be obtained from the delivery or use of the StrategyBot
Console and any accompanying StrategyBot supplied hardware,
software, manuals or written materials.
You have relied upon your own skill and judgment in deciding
to acquire the StrategyBot Console and any accompanying hardware,
manuals and written materials for use by you. Except as and
to the extent provided in this agreement, neither StrategyBot
nor any related company will, in any circumstanced be liable
for any other damages whatsoever (including, without limitation,
damages for loss business, loss of profits, business interruption,
loss of business information or other indirect, incidental,
special or consequential losses) arising out of the use, or
inability to use, or supply, or non-supply, of the StrategyBot
Console and any accompanying hardware and written materials.
StrategyBot total liability under any provision of this agreement
is in any case limited to the amount actually paid by you
for the StrategyBot Console and/or StrategyBot hardware.
